1. COVID-19 Protocols

• Submit both COVID vaccine certificates during registration OR submit RTPCR report and COVID vaccine certificates at the BIB Expo.
• Participants must wear a mask and maintain COVID-appropriate behaviour at all times inside the venue.

2. Registration & Fee

• Registration must be completed on or before the closing date (10th February 2025). No new entries will be accepted after this date.
• Once registration is confirmed, the fee is non-refundable. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizers' control, the registration fee will be adjusted toward participation on a new date. If you are unable to participate on the new date, no refunds will be issued.
• Please retain the confirmation email from your registration for future reference.

3. Event Category & Participant Guidelines

• Please choose your event category carefully based on your fitness level.
• Participants found exchanging their running number BIB or timing BIB with another individual will be disqualified and barred from future participation.
• Failure to wear the correct timing BIB tag as instructed will result in no official finish time and no prize. No BIB tag = No timing = No prize.
• No vehicles are allowed on the course. Anyone bringing wheeled vehicles will be disqualified and removed from the course.
• Only confirmed participants wearing the correct BIB will be allowed on the route. Individuals wearing incorrect or no BIB will be disqualified.
• The running number BIB must be worn on the front of the vest, undamaged. Any mutilation, folding, or alteration of the BIB will result in disqualification.
• Organizers reserve the right to stop any participant deemed medically unfit to continue, based on the opinion of medical personnel.

4. Baggage & Security

• Baggage counters are available for participants. However, organizers are not responsible for any loss or theft of valuables (e.g., phones, cameras, jewellery).
• Participants must cooperate with police and security personnel during the event. Random checks may occur for security reasons.

5. Entry Cancellation & Refund

• Requests for cancellation, transfer, or refund will not be entertained.
• The right to participate and receive event benefits is at the sole discretion of the Event Organizing Team and cannot be transferred to another individual.
• Confirmed registrations and merchandise orders are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be modified.
• If you are unable to attend the BIB collection or race day, you will not be allowed to participate, and no refund will be issued.
• The organizers reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons. Any amount collected from rejected applications will be refunded in full (excluding bank charges, if applicable).

6. Health & Safety

• You take full responsibility for participating in the event and agree not to hold the organizer, event management agency, or other allied entities responsible for any injury or accident.
• You should consult your physician and undergo a complete medical examination to assess your suitability to participate.
• You assume all risks associated with participating in this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, weather conditions (high heat, humidity), traffic, road conditions, and any other risks related to public events.
• You agree that the organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, illness, or injury resulting from your participation.
• You agree to follow the instructions provided by the organizers for your health and safety, and to stop running if instructed to do so.

7. Media & Data Usage

• You consent to the use of your name and media recordings taken during your participation for event publicity.
• You acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be stored and used by the organizer, event management company, sponsors, and any affiliated entities in connection with the event's organization, promotion, and administration.

8. Event Changes & Force Majeure

• The organizers reserve the right to stop, cancel, or postpone the event in case of adverse weather, major incidents, or other unforeseen events.
• In such cases, confirmed registrations and merchandise orders remain non-refundable and non-transferable.

9. Minor Participants

• If registering on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the parent/guardian and give permission for their participation.
• All the rules and regulations outlined will apply to the minor as if they were an adult.

10. Waiver Statement

• By registering, you affirm that you are physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in the race.
• You have been certified by a licensed medical practitioner as being fit and agree to indemnify the organizers, agents, employees, and associates against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from any misrepresentation made herein.

11. Event Changes & Discretion

• The rules, event venues, and timings are subject to change at the discretion of the Event Heads and the Organizing Committee.
